The map below gives you an aerial view of our property. The church is situated on the top of a hill and is surrounded by trees. This location provides a little “haven in the heart of Buckhead” but is difficult to see from Roswell Road. To enter our property, you must first turn onto Laurel Forest Circle NE.

Lutheran Church of the Ascension is a liturgical community formed by Christ in Baptism and gathered around the Word of God, prayer, and the Lord’s Supper. Through His Church, Jesus seeks to draw all people to Himself, forgiving their sins by His death on the cross and sanctifying them for a life of love for God and service to neighbor. Our life together centers on the Holy Mass (Divine Service), which is celebrated each Sunday at 10:00 AM. Lutheran Church of the Ascension is a congregation of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
